- Nationwide delivery is between $5 and $15 depending on the shipping address. Delivery Target: Up to 3 working days
- Australia delivery is flat rate of $25. Delivery Target: 3-10 working days
- We ship worldwide. International delivery cost depends on your region and will be calculated at the check out. Delivery Target: 7-21 working days.

We understand that buying lingerie online can be tricky. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply exchange or return it. Please see more information below on how to exchange or refund your lingerie.
New Zealand and International Customers
You can exchange or return a lingerie piece at Dell’Amore Bridal store in Auckland or can return it by post. The following terms and conditions will apply:
- Your lingerie must be in the condition you received it – unworn, unsoiled, intact and with all attached tags. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or give refunds for items that have been worn, washed or damaged. This includes items that have been stained or smell of cigarette smoke or where the packing is damaged.
- Please notify us of your intent to return or exchange your lingerie within 48 hours of receiving your item. You can get in touch with us at [email protected]. Lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged without our prior authorisation and we reserve the right to return the package to sender.
- Please note we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- Clearance items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- All items will be assessed by Dell’Amore Bridal prior a return is approved. Once a refund is processed, it might take between 5-10 business days to be completed.
New Zealand and International Customers – How to return or exchange the lingerie?
- Complete the return & exchange form supplied with your parcel or download it here.
- Pack all lingerie products and the return & exchange form preferably in the original box. Please make sure you send the parcel with a tracking option. We will be not able to refund the purchase if the item is lost during the shipping.
- Please note we might not have an exchanged size in stock, and we will still need to make it and deliver the lingerie to you within our standard production and delivery timeframes. The production and delivery timeframes can be found under each product description.
- A customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping costs unless a faulty item had been received.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you wish to exchange the purchased lingerie, additional delivery costs will apply to resend your order to your destination. The delivery costs are indicated at the checkout for your region. We will get in touch with you to arrange the payment for the shipping.
- Dell’Amore Bridal does not cover customs, duty, or import fees. The purchaser is responsible for all custom charges.
- If the Customs decide to impound your purchase for any reason, then we will not be able to do any refunds of the product or delivery costs.
- We will assess all faulty lingerie items prior to a repair, exchange or refund being issued.
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the lingerie in the first instance.
- Please follow your lingerie care and washing instructions on your lovely designer lingerie
Once an order is placed and payed it is not possible to cancel an order. Your order items are processed immediately.
